The Tennessee Mile (Franklin, TN)
The Tennessee Mile is a multi-day timed running event held December 4 to 6, 2026, on private land near Franklin, Tennessee. The event is organized by BMFJ Events and offers several timed divisions over a looped course.

Course and format The course is a 1.1 mile loop with about 340 feet of elevation gain. Runners will encounter two significant climbs, runnable sections between climbs, and a downhill through a field to the start/finish area. The route follows an old logging road and is a wide double track trail. Runners are responsible for tracking their own loops and may log as many or as few loops as they wish; there is no time limit on individual loops.
Logistics and rules Camping is allowed in the large field; tents that require stakes are not permitted in the start/finish area. Crews may use pop-up canopy-style tents in the crew area. Runners must provide their own aid and race setup; water and electrolytes will be available on course. Pacing and company rules vary by division; some divisions permit pacing while others do not. There are no refunds or deferrals for entries. The event takes place on privately owned property about 20 minutes from downtown Franklin.
