Muddy Princess is a 5 km obstacle mud run designed specifically for women. The event focuses on recreation and group participation rather than competitive timing. Participants navigate the course by running, walking, crawling, climbing, sliding, and balancing through various obstacles.

The event takes place at Wildcat Creek MX in Rossville, Indiana. Registration is open to women of all fitness levels. Participants may enter as individuals or as part of a team, with no restrictions on team size. While individual entrants participate alongside others, the event structure emphasizes mutual support among participants to ensure everyone completes the course at their own pace.

The course is open to participants aged 7 years and older. Children between the ages of 7 and 13 must be accompanied by a registered, participating adult. All participants under the age of 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to be permitted on the course.

Facilities at the venue include a Bag Drop service available for a fee on the day of the event. A central Village area serves as the hub for the start and finish lines, featuring food and drink stalls based on availability. While there is no designated spectator zone along the length of the course, friends and family are permitted in the Village area at no additional cost.
