Course and race support

Races use two alternating 5k loops that meet at the start/finish. The loops must be run in order: the A loop is one 5k, the B loop includes technical stone steps; longer events combine the loops in set sequences (for example, 10k is A then B). The start/finish area is the only aid station and the only location with access to personal gear. The event will provide a fully stocked aid station, a timing tent, and a medical treatment area. Drop bags are placed on a ground tarp at the start/finish; runners may set up personal support areas there. Pacers are not allowed and crew support is restricted to the start/finish area.
