Midwest OCR at The Cliffs Insane Terrain Off-Road Park

Midwest OCR is an obstacle course event held at The Cliffs Insane Terrain Off-Road Park in Marseilles, Illinois. The event is produced by Race Ready Obstacles and is veteran owned and operated. The course uses rugged terrain including hills, cliffs, ravines, creeks and wooded trails and features a mix of approachable and difficult obstacles.

The event offers multiple divisions and formats, including:

• 10K Elite Competitive 6.2 miles with 30+ obstacles and mandatory obstacle completion
• 10K Fun Run 6.2 miles with 30+ optional obstacles
• 5K Fun Run 3.1 miles with 20+ optional obstacles
• Ruck Division 5K or 10K with recommended weights for participants
• Bearded Challenge three laps of the 10K loop with additional medal pieces
• Kid's Course 0.25 to 0.5 mile loop with 10+ obstacles for ages 11 and under

Competitive categories include overall and age group podium awards, with cash prizes for select overall finishers. Ruck participants are asked to bring their own ruck and weights; crawls and carries are required while other obstacles are optional. Every racer receives a finisher shirt, a finisher medal, and professional action shot photos at no extra cost. General parking is off-site about 2 miles from the venue with shuttle service; limited on-site VIP parking is available by prepayment.
