Menestrail

Moncontour, France • 7 Dec 2024

Menestrail is a celebrated trail running event held annually in the medieval town of Moncontour, Brittany, marking its 25th anniversary this year. Scheduled for the first Saturday in December, it features a variety of races, including the Ultra Menestrail (approximately 100 km), Grand Menestrail (56 km), and Menestrail (24 km), along with youth races for different age groups. Participants must complete a health questionnaire for registration validation.

The event emphasizes sustainability by offering local products instead of traditional finisher t-shirts. Runners are encouraged to be self-sufficient at aid stations, as no cups will be provided.
