MammothMarch Delaware Valley takes place at Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area in Elkton, Maryland on May 22, 2027. The event is a single-circuit loop covering 20 miles designed to be completed in about eight hours; organizers do not use competitive timekeeping and recognize all participants who complete the distance.

The route runs along scenic trails and creeks inside Fair Hill, a 5,656-acre natural area of fields, woodlands and open space. Total elevation gain is around 1,600 ft. Terrain is mainly unpaved hiking trails, dirt trails, gravel roads and forest floor.

Support along the route includes water stops and aid stations positioned approximately every 5 to 7 miles, offering toilets, food and drinks such as water, energy drinks, electrolytes, fruit, bars and sandwiches; these refreshments are included with registration. Complimentary parking is available on site. Certificates are issued to all finishers and to participants who stop early, with personalized certificates for finishers. All finishers receive a finisher medal and are listed on the event wall of fame.

MammothMarch provides event-specific Hiking Pass stamps for returning participants and offers event merchandise through an on-site event store as well as an online shop; items ordered via the event store are available for pickup on event day.
