Love Never Ends Trail Run

Love Never Ends Trail Run is an annual trail running event held at Erwin Park in McKinney, Texas. The park covers over 200 acres and features roughly ten miles of trails that include open single-track, wooded areas, open fields, and technical rolling hills. The event offers multiple race distances and virtual options.

The race distances include:

• 5k
• 15k
• 30k
• 50k

Elevation gain varies by distance, with the 15k exceeding 700 ft, the 30k exceeding 1400 ft, and the 50k exceeding 2100 ft. Virtual participation is available for all race distances. Medals and T-shirts are mailed to virtual runners; T-shirts are not mailed to registrants who did not attend the live event. Live event participants receive a medal on site.

Proceeds support The Great Root Movement, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Funds assist a scholarship program that provides therapy services and programs for bereaved mothers and victims of domestic abuse, and contribute to endowed and high school senior scholarship funds through local education foundations. The event also involves sponsors, vendors, and volunteers who assist with trail setup, aid stations, safety, parking, and other race operations.
