The Laval Urban Trail is a nighttime urban trail race that covers a distance of approximately 11.8 km with an elevation gain of 320 meters. Open to runners born in 2008 or earlier, this event features chip timing and requires a valid medical certificate. Participants can receive a personalized race bib if they register before October 1st.
