Lake Vyrnwy 10k
The Lake Vyrnwy 10k is organised by Adrenaline Sporting Events and takes place on Sunday 21 June 2026 at the Lake Vyrnwy estate on private land in Llanwddyn. The event is a trail and multi-terrain run with participants of varying ages and abilities. The race has a minimum age of 16. Finishers receive a medal and awards are given to the top three women and top three men.

Route and practical information
The route uses areas of the Lake Vyrnwy estate and combines fast footpaths, grassed sections, stoney sections and tarmac. The course includes climbs with lake views and fast downhill sections. The organiser does not publish the full route because the race is on private land.
Parking is a short walk from the start/finish arena; full parking instructions and postcodes are emailed to runners before the event. Parking is charged at £3 per car (cash on arrival). The race start and finish are a short walk from the parking area, there will be music and a help desk at the arena, and runners are advised they can leave valuables in their cars. The event aims to provide two water stations at about 4 km and 6.7 km and water at the start/finish; runners are encouraged to bring a suitable bottle.
