The Lake Vyrnwy 10k takes place on 21 June 2026 at the Lake Vyrnwy estate, on private land in Llanwddyn. The advertised distance is approximately 10 km and the event is described as a trail / multiterrain run. The minimum age for the 10k is 16 years. Finishers receive a medal. Awards are given to the top three female and top three male finishers. Organisers will email full instructions and postcodes to entrants before the event.

Course and facilities

The route uses areas of the Lake Vyrnwy estate and includes fast footpaths, grassed sections, stoney areas and some tarmac, with climbs and downhill sections. The organisers do not publish the full route because it is on private land. Water stations are planned at about 4.0 km and 6.7 km, with additional water available by the start and finish area; runners are asked to bring a suitable bottle. Parking is a short walk from the start/finish arena in Llanwddyn, and parking costs £3 per car (cash on arrival).
