Ladybank Nuts Trail Race is a small, friendly event for all abilities held at Annsmuir Woods, Ladybank, Fife (Race HQ: Ladybank Youth Club, Beeches, KY15 7LR). The course is about 4 miles, run as two flat laps on woodland trails and grass paths, which can get muddy in wet weather; trail shoes are advisable. The event is limited to 50 runners and pre-entry only; finishers receive medals, with overall prizes for the top three men and women. Facilities include toilets at the Youth Club; parking is limited; no changing or baggage storage, and water must be brought by entrants. only.
