La Pastourelle is a renowned mountain running event held annually in the scenic Monts du Cantal region. The event features various races, including a 60 km trail, a 31 km individual and team trail, and a 10 km women's race, among others. Participants can enjoy a festive atmosphere at each aid station, which helps to alleviate the challenge of the approximately 2900 meters of elevation gain.
