La Kanerdall
La Kanerdall is an annual running event taking place in Buding, celebrating its tenth edition in 2024. Participants can choose between two distances: an 8 km route with a 230m elevation gain and a 16 km route with a 425m elevation gain, with the option to decide on the distance 3 km into the race. The course features scenic forest trails and a challenging ascent known as "la montée infernale."
