La Course des Ridins

The Course des Ridins is a trail run organized by the Club Saint Jean de Monts Vendée Triathlon Athletics and the City of La Barre de Monts/Fromentine. This is the 7th edition of this friendly, nature race, offering a variety of courses through the landscapes of Fromentine. Participants can choose from several distances, ranging from 1 km to 21 km, suitable for all levels.
The race will take place on Sunday, July 21, 2024, with a friendly finish on the jetty of Fromentine and an oyster tasting. Registrations close on Thursday, July 18 at 11:30 pm.
