Jolly Jumbuck - Perth Trail Series

Jolly Jumbuck is a trail running event held at the State Equestrian Centre in Brigadoon. Courses are waymarked and pass viewpoints including the iconic Bells Rapids. The event includes a start village with food trucks and showers available after the run. Bib pickup is on race day only at the start and finish area. An event brief is emailed the Wednesday prior to the event.

Courses are colour coded and offer a range of trail distances:

  • Green Course: 6.2 km (±45 m) walk or run on remote trail
  • Blue Course: 14.2 km (±460 m) mostly runnable with occasional photo stops
  • Black Course: 20.5 km (±800 m) longer remote trail for experienced runners

Minimum age and experience requirements apply for children. Children must meet course minimum ages and, for younger entrants, be accompanied by a parent or guardian; progression between colours requires completion of prior events. Participants may choose to drop down in distance on the day by informing event staff. Registration remains open until the Tuesday prior to the event unless the event sells out.
