Jesus' Thimble and Lucifers Loch is a social trail run in Milngavie, organized by EpicTrails. Runners meet at Craigton Road near Douglas Academy and traverse Lucifers Loch, then Jesus' Thimble, finishing with a downhill return to Milngavie. Expect boggy, off-road terrain; trail shoes are mandatory and a finish-area shoe change is advised.
Not a race—regrouping points and a steady pace keep everyone together, aimed at those who can run a road 10km in under 60 minutes. It's non-profit, with proceeds supporting costs and a local charity.
