Hollywood Sign Run
The Hollywood Sign Run takes place in Griffith Park in Los Angeles on January 24, 2027. The event uses the Fire Road just north of the Old Zoo as the venue and offers multiple timed and untimed trail events.

The 8 mile event is an out-and-back course that turns around at the Hollywood Sign Viewpoint and provides views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Downtown Los Angeles. The course will be clearly marked and is supported by four aid stations, two on the way out and two on the return. Free photos with Mt. Lee and the Hollywood Sign are available for the 8 mile field.
The 8K follows trails to Mt. Hollywood Drive and offers views of Glendale, the Los Angeles River, DreamWorks, and the Disney campus. That distance has two aid stations. The 5K climbs to the top of Bill Eckert, has one aid station, and does not feature views of the Hollywood Sign, Observatory, or Downtown Los Angeles. The 2.2K kids event is a double loop around the Old Zoo and awards a P22 shaped finisher medal to all participants.
All participants receive a finisher medal and a short sleeve event t shirt when ordered by the guaranteed size deadline. The event provides chip timing, course medical staff, volunteer support, gear check, finish line refreshments, and flexible deferral and transfer options.
