Hawaii Kai Ultra Run - Xtreme

The Hawaii Kai Ultra Run - XTreme is a semi-annual ultramarathon event held near Sandy Beach at the east end of Oahu, Hawaii, with the 2025 edition scheduled for July 26-27 at Kalama Valley Park in Hawaii Kai, Honolulu. Participants can choose from multiple distances including Half Marathon, 30K, Marathon, 50K, 50 Miles, 100K, and 100 Miles. The course features a challenging 9-mile loop incorporating Heartbreak Hill and three aid stations offering water, electrolytes, snacks, and restrooms.

Runners have flexible start times with options for wave starts or self-selected times, emphasizing a personal challenge rather than a race.
