HAMMER HEAD is a fitness event held on 27 June 2026 in Abu Dhabi at Abu Dhabi Indoor. The event uses a 24 Rounds Challenge format that combines strength work and running. The format consists of 12 workout stations with a 400 m run between every station. Entry is available for individuals and teams of two.
The 12 stations and their targets are:
- Tyre Flip - 180 m
- Burpee Broad Jump - 120 m
- Rowing - 800 m
- Farmer Carry - 120 m (20 kg / 30 kg)
- Bike - 50 calories
- Sled Push - 120 m (80 kg)
- Sled Pull - 120 m (80 kg)
- Sit Ups to Target - 100 reps
- Ski Erg - 800 m
- Bear Hug Carry - 120 m (20 kg / 40 kg)
- Bear Crawl - 180 m
- Hammer on Tyre - 100 reps
