The Hamilton Island Hilly Half Marathon is a trail running event on Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays, Queensland. The full individual course follows a rugged route of roughly 24 km with sustained uphill and downhill sections across fire trails and walking tracks through the island's undulating interior. The terrain is diverse and changes along the route.
Entries are offered for individuals and for teams of two or three, with each relay member running around seven kilometres per loop. Junior races run on a flatter, faster course with three distance options.

Entry details include published fees and minimum ages. General entry costs and junior fees are listed for the event. Individual competitors must be at least 16 years old and team competitors at least 14 years old as at the event date; junior competitors must be aged 4 to 15 years. Entries close on 24 April 2026. Race pack collection is compulsory prior to competition and identification is required. Simple on-course rules apply, for example one earphone only for mp3 use and disqualification for taking shortcuts. Transfers between Shute Harbour and Hamilton Island Marina are available for competitors and discounted for travel companions.
