The Gumby 10K and 5K - Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA
The Gumby 10K and 5K are trail runs held along the shores of Folsom Lake at Granite Beach. The course is described as well-marked and staffed by cheering volunteers, with aid stations located on the course serving cold water, an electrolyte beverage, and energy gels and chews.

- Gumby 10K: 6.2 miles
- Gumby 5K: 3.1 miles
Gumby finisher medals are noted as returning for 2027. Race shirts are available for pre-order for $20 and must be ordered in advance to be available on race day. Listening devices such as MP3 players and headphones are allowed, with a requirement that runners exercise caution when crossing roads and remain attentive on trails.
Packet pickup is offered on race morning at the race site. Awards include first overall male and female in each race and three-deep awards in ten-year age groups for the 10K; the 5K also awards first overall male and female and three-deep age-group awards, with youth split into 14 and under and 15-19 divisions. Custom race plaques are awarded three deep in each listed division.
Entry fees vary by registration date and distance. The organizer maintains a no-refund policy; refunds requested before race week are issued as race credit minus a $25 processing fee, and transfers between events are allowed within one year for a $25 fee.
