Runners are advised to carry extra fluids; events are cupless so participants should bring their own fluid container. Headphones are permitted on dirt-road sections only. No dogs are allowed on the course. The organizer notes the presence of poison oak and occasional bees or yellow jackets. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
