Aid stations are fully stocked every 3 to 4 miles with fresh fruit, salty snacks, assorted candy, water, and Skratch electrolyte drink; runners are advised to carry additional fluids and at least 20 oz between aid stations. The event operates cupless aid stations and offers Hydrapak SpeedCups for sale at check-in.

Additional notes: parking is free, drop bags are allowed for 30K Marathon and 50K, no dogs are allowed on course, all events have a nine hour time limit, and pre-registered runners receive T-shirts and finishers receive custom medals.
