The Griffith Park Trail Marathon takes place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Griffith Park - Merry-Go-Round Lot 1 in Los Angeles, CA. Registration opens December 1, 2025 and is open until March 25, 2026. Bib pickup is available on race morning at the start line.

Course and aid stations

The course is an out-and-back route using a mix of single-track trails and double-track fire roads. The route reaches the summit area of the Hollywood sign. The marathon field has a 9-hour finish limit; there is an option to run with the 50K field to allow a 10-hour finish.

Aid stations are positioned along the course and include locations near Joe Klass, the Bird Sanctuary, and Mineral Wells.
