Get Lucky 50/50 is scheduled for March 21, 2026 in Canal Fulton, Ohio, with races over the following distances:
- 50 miles
- 50k
- 25k
All races are out-and-back on the Ohio Erie Canal Towpath Trail, starting at St. Helena Park. Runners are allowed 14 hours to complete their race.
Course and logistics
Turnaround points are at aid stations: the 25k turnaround is at the aid station near Massillon (about mile 7.5), the 50k turnaround is near Navarre, and the 50-mile turnaround is near Bolivar. Aid stations are located at approximately mile 5, 10, 15.5, 22, 25 and at further points near miles 28, 35, 40 and 45. Some aid stations allow crew access; others do not. The 25k turnaround aid station will be removed after the last 25k runner passes.
The event operates a cupless policy. All runners should carry a hydration pack or hand-held bottle and a reusable cup for aid station use. The 50-mile race has one drop bag location at the 25-mile turnaround; drop bags are collected before the race and returned to the start/finish after the last runner has turned around. Packet pickup is available the day before and the morning of the race at St. Helena Park.
Awards and policies
Awards are given to top overall male and female finishers and to age-group winners (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). Every finisher receives a medal. There are no refunds; deferals with 100% credit are allowed if requested more than three weeks before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
