Regal Beagle Ultra
The Regal Beagle Ultra takes place in Akron, Ohio on November 22, 2026. The event is organized by Fast Girls Running Company and uses looped courses through the Bath Nature Preserve and Bath Community Park, beginning at the Bath Nature Preserve and finishing at the Regal Beagle, 4240 Ira Rd.
Distances offered
- 50K : six approximately 5 mile loops.
- 25K : three approximately 5 mile loops.
- 5 Mile : single loop.
The route traverses wetlands, woodlands, and rolling hills with mixed surfaces including paved and gravel roads, and dirt and grass trails. The 50K and 25K courses include two aid stations per loop. A course change for 2026 makes all distances slightly longer, reduces some elevation but increases trail, and results in about 300 feet of climb per loop. The overall course limit is eight hours. Pacers are not allowed.
A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Bath Nature Preserve and the University of Akron Field Station. Awards are given for overall male and female, masters, and age-group winners for each distance. All participants receive a custom finisher gift and finishers receive a commemorative Regal Beagle medal. Course record bonuses are listed for the 50K and 25K, and course records and overall awards are determined by gun time.
