The Get Lost Trail Race is the annual fundraising event for the Okanogan Highlands Alliance (OHA). All trail race activities begin and end at the Lost Lake Group Camp near Tonasket, WA. The event offers multiple course options.

Race fees paid through the event registration platform are directed to OHA. Each race fee includes race participation, a post race meal, entry into the post race raffle, the option to camp at the group site the night before, and a complimentary one year OHA membership. There is also an option to add an additional donation during checkout and a separate direct donation option without registering.

OHA has reserved the USFS Lost Lake Group Camp for families of racers and volunteers for Saturday night. Individual campsites are also available on a first come, first serve basis for a fee per night. Aid and water support is provided at the group camp and at the top of Strawberry Mountain, and volunteers with radios are placed at key points on the course. Volunteers are requested for race weekend.

Weekend activities include course clearing and signage, the OHA annual membership meeting and a potluck on Saturday, and race day activities on Sunday with day of registration, a volunteer meeting, morning race starts, a free 1k kids fun run, lunch for volunteers and registered racers, a raffle, and a course sweep.
