The Geisa Hour Run, organized by SG Ulstertal, takes place on the 400m track of the intercommunal recreational facility in Geisa. Participants have the opportunity to complete as many laps as possible within a maximum of 60 minutes (or 45, 30, 15 minutes). In the event of a tie, the faster time will be counted.

Registration is done online, with a starting fee of 8 euros for adults and 4 euros for children and students up to 18 years old. Changing and shower facilities, as well as refreshments, are available on site. The award ceremony takes place immediately after the run.
