Fordh Sen Mighal is a point-to-point, multi-terrain trail race in Cornwall. The course covers a distance of 11 miles from Lelant to Marazion, following a European cultural route that passes through Trencrom and Ludgvan.

The race starts at Lelant railway station. Registration is held at ST Uny's Church in Lelant. Parking is available at the finish area in Marazion, with car sharing recommended. There is no parking at the start, but a bus service stops a quarter of a mile away. A 5-hour time limit is in effect.
