The 5-mile course has approximately 350 feet of elevation gain, and the 10-mile course has approximately 700 feet of elevation gain.

Rules and Logistics

The race is staged near the visitor's center by the river. Participants park in various paved and grassy areas within the park, following signs and volunteer instructions. Portable music players requiring in-ear headphones are not permitted.
