The race takes place at Turtle River State Park in Arvilla, North Dakota on October 26, 2025. It is a Halloween-themed trail running event held annually. Runners may compete solo or as part of a relay team and complete laps of a looped course.
Race formats and course
The event offers timed and single-lap options:
- Zombie: solo, 6, 12, or 24 hours to complete as many laps as possible.
- Skeleton Army: team of up to four, 12 or 24 hours, alternating laps.
- Imp: approximately 10 km trail run, one lap.
