Enoree Haunted Wine Run 5K
The event takes place at Enoree River Vineyards & Winery in Newberry, South Carolina on October 25, 2026. The course starts and finishes at the winery and follows a grassy cross country route that circles the vineyard. The course is one lap of about 2.5K (~1.55 mi); participants may complete two laps to cover a full 5K. The route is not described as optimized for personal records and is noted for uneven ground in places.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib for the 5K run/walk, results posted online, and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal, and bib but they do not receive the wine glass or a glass of wine. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event start.
Runners and walkers are welcome. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not permitted on site because the venue is a produce and vegetable farm and USDA rules prohibit dogs.
The event supports the Newberry County Humane Society. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year category, with categories from 19 and under through 80 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
