Eliminator 4km - Geelong

South Geelong, Australia • 13 Sep 2026

TriLending - Eliminator 4/3/2km Landy Field

This event is a multi-stage handicap competition held at John Landy Athletic Field, 230 Swanston St, South Geelong, 3220, Australia. Distances contested are listed below.

  • 4 km
  • 3 km
  • 2 km

All competitors run both the 4 km and 3 km races, which use sealed handicaps. Runners will be re-handicapped according to current form and start in waves to reduce congestion on the track. The 4 km and 3 km races are conducted as time trials; placings in those races do not determine qualification for the final.

Combined times from the two time-trial races are used, with handicaps applied, to select twenty runners to compete in the final 2 km race. The 2 km final uses a normal handicap start.

Presentation of the season awards, including the Sealed Series and the Championships, will take place after the event, together with a short annual general meeting. Entry fees are specified on the event's entry fees page. The event is sponsored by trilending.com.au. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
