East Texas Ultra

The East Texas Ultra is a trail running event held at Lake Bob Sandlin State Park in Pittsburg, Texas, featuring distances of 7K, 14K, 28K, and 50K, plus a 7K ruck. The course consists of scenic, mainly dirt single-track trails through the piney woods, following a 4.5-mile loop that includes the Lakeview Loop, Brim Pond, Homestead, and Dogwood trails with about 300 feet of elevation gain per loop. The race offers aid stations with food, hydration, and electrolytes, and emphasizes a cupless, environmentally friendly approach.
