The East Texas Ultra is a trail running and rucking event at Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola, Texas on May 9, 2026. Race format and logistics

Distances are completed as looped laps: 50K is seven loops, 28K is four loops, 14K is two loops, and 7K is one loop. The event is cupless; water refill stations will be available for participants to refill their own bottles or cups. There is a 9-hour cutoff for the event. Bib pickup is available on race morning.

Awards, gear and support

Finishers receive an event T-shirt and collectible finisher medals; 50K finishers receive a 50K inscription on their medal and ruck finishers receive a patch. There are 1st place awards for each distance by male and female, DFL awards for the 50K, and top 50K finishers may qualify for the Big Texas Ultra Championship.
