Event overview

The Drummer Hill Trail Races take place in Keene, NH on Saturday, May 23, 2026. The race uses a new trail course with some sections from previous years. Runners may choose how many 12.5k laps to complete; lap counts determine the distance category entered. Registration closes May 15. There are no refunds or deferrals.

Course and terrain

The course includes technical single track and old jeep roads with notable elevation change. The trail surface is unpaved and features rocks, roots, fallen trees, and stream crossings. Wildlife may be seen along the route.

Logistics and aid

Parking is at Fuller Elementary School, 422 Elm St, Keene; the start is a short walk on Drummer Rd and parking on Drummer Rd is discouraged. Drop bags may be left at the start/finish area for access between laps. Port-a-potties will be available at the start/finish area. Aid stations are located at the start/finish and at a midpoint on the course, offering water, Tailwind, soda, gels, and snacks. The event is cupless; participants should bring a hydration vest or handheld bottle.
