Winston Prouty Foliage 5K and Little Leaf Dash
The event at the Winston Prouty Center in Brattleboro, Vermont is a fundraiser for the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development held on October 10, 2026. It offers a trail run and a family-oriented short dash across campus forest, fields, and open areas.

The Little Leaf Dash is a half mile on sidewalk and open field with a slight elevation change and is appropriate for young children, strollers, and babes in arms.
Advance registration fees are $27.50 for an individual 5K runner and $27.50 per Little Leaf Dash family; day of registration fees are $32.50 for each. Registration opens September 4, 2026 and closes October 9, 2026. A signed waiver is required to participate.
The first 100 registered participants will receive a 2026 commemorative 16oz Klean Kanteen stainless steel cup. Family-friendly activities include pumpkin carving, apple cider pressing, face-painting, and lawn games. Paid childcare is planned for parents and caregivers. Volunteers are sought for roles such as trail cheerleaders, set-up, registration, kids activities, and parking. A 2026 course map is forthcoming.
