The event takes place at Wyre Forest Visitor Centre, Callow Hill, Kidderminster (DY14 9XQ) on 26 November 2025. The race is an off-road night event on forest tracks and trails. The course is 10 km run as two laps. Torches are compulsory. Canicross is permitted. Minimum age is 14 years on race day.

Categories are male and female. Prizes are offered to the first three finishers in each gender. All competitors receive a finish medal and additional finish goodies.

Facilities and entry rules

Places are limited; the listing shows 60 total places available. Toilets are available on site; the cafe will not be open. For hydration, a self-service water refill point with a container, tap and cups is provided at halfway in the 10 km race.

The organiser’s stated withdrawal policy is no refunds under any circumstances. An entry may be transferred once to another DirtRun event if the organiser is notified before the event takes place.
