The Demi-Marathon des Lacs is a road and mixed-surface running event set along the Route des Lacs between Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc and St-Élie-de-Caxton. The course features rolling terrain and natural autumn scenery.
Offered distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km presented by Subaru Trois-Rivières
- 21.1 km presented by Équipe Labrosse RE/MAX de Francheville
Bib and shirt pickup takes place at the Centre Communautaire de Saint-Mathieu-du-Parc, 520 Chemin Déziel, during scheduled time slots. Participants must have their bib at least half an hour before their start. No same-day registration is available.
Policies and services:
- No refunds; medical deferral to next year allowed with a doctor’s note.
- Bib transfers and distance changes are allowed via SportChrono with applicable fees.
- Live race results provided on SportChrono.
- Water stations and toilets are located near the 5 km and 10 km marks.
- First aid services available on site.

- Street parking is available around the community centre; many spots are within a 10-minute walk; carpooling is encouraged.
- A section of Route 351 will operate with alternating traffic in the morning; organizers advise approaching via Shawinigan and following Route 351 South to avoid delays.
- Strollers and pets are not permitted. Headphones are allowed provided external sounds can be heard.
- Medals and Dry Fit shirts are available for purchase; profits from shirts will be donated to the Fondation de l’École de la Tortue-des-Bois.
