Course Details
The course is approximately 70% single track, 10% gravel, and 20% wider trails. It features little elevation with many flat sections and a few rolling trails. As of the information provided, the event plans to use the Swamp Forest Trail, with possible small adjustments to avoid wet sections. Runners must finish by 7:30 PM, and a headlamp is required for the final loop. Aid stations are spaced 3 to 4 miles apart, offering water, Gatorade, and typical trail race food.
