Collie River Ultra Marathon (CRU100)
The Collie River Ultra Marathon is a trail running event in Collie, Western Australia, held 17-19 Sept 2027. Events use the Wiilman Bilya Trail and start near Collie town; the advertised start location is Collie Cemetery and the finish is at Collie Golf Club. The event is organised by Perth Trail Series.

The courses run through jarrah, marri and yarri forest, cross bridges and logs, pass granite outcrops, and offer views of the Collie River Valley and wildflowers. Terrain varies by leg from firm, hard-packed and runnable single track to sections with climbing and some technical aspects. The full CRU100 is 101.3km with approximately +/−2000m elevation; the CRU50 is 50km with +/−1051m; the relay totals about 76km with +/−1600m.
Events are fully supported with multiple aid stations supplying food, water and medical support, marked and marshalled trails, and volunteer trail crews. Bus transfers to start lines are provided for the 100km and 50km events; relay teams must arrange their own transport between checkpoints.
Mandatory equipment requirements include a fully charged mobile phone, visible race bib, compression bandage, space blanket, buff or beanie, high-visibility vest (carry from late afternoon, wear after dusk), headlamp with spare batteries, minimum 1 litre water capacity, waterproof bag, and a waterproof jacket plus thermal top. Drop bags are available for solo 100km and 50km runners in specified transitions and must fit a 30cm x 30cm freezer bag.
