Participants run a 6.706 km lap on the scenic Coffs Creek Walkway, featuring 80% shaded flat gravel paths and 20% picturesque boardwalks. The race follows official backyard ultra rules, requiring runners to complete each lap within one hour and continue until only one runner remains. The event includes a modified course for the first eight laps to reduce congestion, then switches to the standard course.
