The Circle Endurance Event in Ringgold, Georgia, is a track-based endurance race held at Ringgold High School. The event offers the following timed race options:
- 3 Hour
- 6 Hour
- 12 Hour
- 24 Hour
The event is USATF sanctioned and is organized by the Chattanooga Track Club.
Rules and logistics
Runners are credited 0.25 miles per lap completed. The venue uses turf, so no tent stakes are allowed and any tents must be weighed down. This is a cup-free event; participants must bring their own hydration systems. Volunteers will staff an aid station with drinks and snacks, but runners are responsible for their own food and water. Littering on the course can lead to disqualification.
Crew support is allowed each lap from a designated infield area near the start line. Pacers are not allowed unless they are registered participants. Race officials may evaluate participants for safety and can decide whether a runner may continue. Track etiquette requires single-file running in the inside lanes and using outer lanes to run side by side.
Results and awards
Final results are based on total laps completed within each time limit. Awards are given for top finishers by gender and age categories.
