Circle Endurance Event 3, 6, 12, 24 Hour

The Circle Endurance Event is a timed track endurance competition held at Ringgold High School in Ringgold, GA. Participants run repeated laps on a turf track to cover as much distance as possible within a set time limit. The event is USATF sanctioned and includes multiple timed options.

Distances offered:

  • 3 Hour
  • 6 Hour
  • 12 Hour
  • 24 Hour

Runners are responsible for their own food and hydration; volunteers staff an aid station with drinks and snacks. This is a cup free event and participants must bring their own hydration systems. Littering on the course can result in disqualification. Each completed lap is credited as 0.25 miles; final results are based on total laps completed within the time limit. Race officials may evaluate a participant’s condition and can prevent continuation for safety reasons.

Crew may assist runners each lap from a designated infield area near the start line. Pacers are not allowed unless they are registered participants. Competitors may set up a small pit area or tent but no tent stakes are permitted on the turf. Awards include top finishers by gender and age groups for each distance, special distance achievements, and recognition within the Chattanooga Ultra Championship series for those who complete all three series races.

Lodging options and a designated small RV/car camping area are available near the stadium. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
