Cattle Creep a Little Further

Wolverton, United Kingdom • 8 Feb 2026

Event overview

Cattle Creep... A Little Further is a 10-mile running event scheduled for Sunday 8 February 2026 in North Milton Keynes. The route runs through linear parkland, riverside paths and woodland tracks and is a one-lap course. The route includes the Cattle Creep tunnel, a low and narrow passage beneath the Grand Union Canal with steps down to the tunnel and potentially dark conditions when there are several people inside.

The event is canicross friendly and allows dogs on leads. The start area is described as fairly narrow and parts of the route run along the canal path, so extra caution is advised. Race packs are collected on the day from the registration tent. An Athlete Guide with a written race briefing is sent about a week before the event and any last-minute briefings are given on the day.
