Cattle Creep... A Little Further : Milton Keynes

Cattle Creep... A Little Further is a 10 mile running event held in the parklands of North Milton Keynes. The route follows riverside paths and woodland tracks and is organised as a single lap course. A distinctive feature of the route is the Cattle Creep tunnel, a low and narrow passage under the Grand Union Canal that includes steps and may be narrow or dark when several people are in it.

The event is canicross friendly and allows dogs on leads; organisers advise that dogs start toward the back for safety and that handlers take care on the canal path and at the tunnel steps. The venue is the picnic area adjacent to the Watermill Lane car park, Watermill Lane, Milton Keynes MK12 5NZ (What3Words ///riddle.dating.remembers). There is no parking on Watermill Lane or Warren Park Business Park; nearby car parks are typically a five to ten minute walk from the venue, including several car parks in Stony Stratford.

Included race services listed by the organiser are a water station on course, fully marked routes, marshal support, medical cover, chip timing with online results, professional photography, finish line goodies and an interlocking medal. Race packs are collected on the day from the registration tent. Volunteers receive free entry to selected future events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
