The route uses a mix of marked and natural woodland trails through pine forest, open heathland and glades. The course includes steep climbs, fast descents and some muddy, technical sections. The event is chip timed and has marshals on route, aid stations and online results. Event photography is provided and all finishers receive an eco-friendly wooden finisher's medal.
