Callow Fell Race takes place on Sunday 16 November 2025 near Little Stretton, with Race HQ at Little Stretton Village Hall (SY6 6RE). The event is a WFRA registered AS category fell race of about 8 km with 762 m of ascent. It is the second counter in the Shropshire Fell Running Winter Series. Entrants must be 18 or older. Course, kit and logistics

The route starts not far from Little Stretton, includes four steep valley climbs and finishes on a fast descent. A cut-off at Ashes Hollow, after the descent off Yearlet, is set at 1 hr 15 mins; runners outside this will be asked to make their own way back and report to the finish via Ashes Hollow. Full WFRA kit is mandatory and includes waterproof top and trousers with taped seams, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, map, food and drink as needed, and something to carry kit (bumbag or rucksack). GPS devices are not permitted for navigation. There will be a limited number of marshals and signage.
