The Breckerfeld Flower Power Ultra (BFPU) is a unique ultra-marathon that takes place annually on the first Saturday in October. The event will celebrate its fifth edition in 2024 and will additionally offer a 100-mile race. The courses include 50 km and 100 km distances, with participants running on varied field and forest paths as well as technically challenging trails.
The event emphasizes community and experience, which is why there is no awards ceremony and every finisher is recognized. The number of participants is limited, and registration is done online.
