• The 1 Mile is untimed and includes a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal.
• The Kids Dash is untimed for ages 10 and under and includes a mini bib, youth-sized shirt, and a kids dash medal. Kids who do not want swag may participate without registration on race day.
• Age-group awards are offered for 5k and 10k: male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in multiple age brackets from 10 & under through 80+. Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for age-group awards.
• The 10k course is two laps of the 5k route; course maps are provided. Course is subject to change.
• The virtual race includes a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; virtual packets ship the Wednesday after the race.
• Bodies Race Company states a no-refund policy; events proceed regardless of weather except in specific venue or safety situations. If the event is cancelled, registrants may be moved to the virtual option.
