Belgian Front Memorial Trail
The Belgian Front Memorial Trail offers participants the opportunity to embark on a running pilgrimage through historical sites related to World War I. The trail includes three options: The Long Way (102.9km), Half Marathon (22.5km), and Short Run (4.0km). Runners will pass through significant locations such as Peace Village in Mesen, Palingbeek, Diksmuide, and Nieuwpoort, finishing on the beach. The event allows participants to choose their challenge and experience the enchanting landscapes and historical landmarks of the Westhoek region in Belgium.
