Bath Skyline

Bath Skyline is a two day off road running event held in November at the West Car Park, University of Bath, BA2 7AY. The programme includes night and day races, plus a dedicated canicross wave during the day and a children’s 500 m fun run.

Distances

  • 500 m kids fun run for day time races
  • 5 km available in night and day races
  • 10 km available in night and day races

The courses run on a mix of solid stone paths, woodland trails and open grass meadows and include puddles and muddy sections. Routes are largely flat with a few small rises. All courses are comprehensively marked and marshalled; night races use glow sticks and reflective signs and require runners to bring their own head torch. There are no cut offs, and pure walkers are not permitted.

Race facilities include on site toilets, a coffee van and a bag drop; there are no changing rooms. The 10 km has one drinks station while the 5 km has none; finishers receive water and a selection of snacks including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. All runners of 5 km and longer receive a large two sided event medal. Parking details and entry fees are set by the organiser. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
