Course and race details

Both distances follow a paved out-and-back route on the Archer Braid Trail. The course is described as flat and smooth, running through quiet countryside. There is a hydration stop with water and Gatorade at the 5k turnaround. Races are professionally timed. Awards are given to overall winners and the top three finishers in each 10-year age group.
