2026 Seaside Scramble
The Seaside Scramble is the 4th edition of a trail race held at Crystal Crescent Beach Provincial Park in Sambro Creek, Nova Scotia, with the event location listed as 220 Sambro Creek Road. The race is presented as an All Out Trail Racing event.
The course is approximately 10 km. Runners follow a beach boardwalk to the coastal Pennant Point Trail, then continue inland on a stretch of single-track that returns to the start and finish area. Terrain features include boardwalks, coastal rocky outcrops, boulder fields, and narrow trail sections.
There is no time limit and no mandatory gear requirement. Participants who expect to be on course for a couple of hours are advised to bring a headlamp. Dogs are not allowed on the course but are welcome at the start-finish area.
A postrace social includes a complimentary BBQ offering hot dogs and veggie dogs. Prizing is available for male and female podium finishers, with additional prizes for non podium finishers. The merchandise order cutoff is May 22, 2026 at 11:59pm. Registration transfers are permitted through Race Roster up to June 12 at noon for a fee of $1.95 plus processing fees.
