Amasa Trail Race is a trail running event in Moab, Utah, offered in three distances:

- 15K
- 10K
The courses begin along Kane-Springs Creek and use sections of Cliffhanger Trail, Amasa Back, Captain Ahab Trail, and Rockstacker Trail. Runners pass petroglyphs carved into the cliffs, run past Whale Rock, and see the Colorado River below. The route also provides views of Behind the Rocks fins and the La Sal Mountains. The 25K route includes a drop into Jackson's Hole and a stretch of double track before rejoining the 15K line for technical terrain and a descent to the finish.
Course elevations vary by distance. All distances share a lowest point of 3950 feet. The 25K reaches a high point of 4880 feet with about 2431 feet of elevation gain and loss. The 15K reaches 4880 feet with roughly 1700 feet of elevation gain and loss. The 10K reaches 4685 feet with about 1183 feet of elevation gain and loss.
Logistics note that the start and finish are at the Kane Creek Recreation Parking Lot (GPS 38.53278, -109.60068). Packet pickup is held on race morning only and requires a photo ID. The event uses timing chips that must be attached to the shoe for a recorded time. Aid stations are cupless; runners should bring a reusable cup. Water dispensers are available at the start/finish and at every aid station. All finishers receive a custom race shirt and a finisher's medal.
